THE ROLE: We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper. This role is designed for those looking into starting a career in the transportation maintenance industry with goals of upward opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to handle heavy items and work in extreme weather and physical conditions
Ability to work independently and in a team environment while demonstrating safe work habits
Valid Class C driver’s license

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

General Maintenance
Cleaning breakrooms & bathrooms
Taking out interior and exterior trash
Painting & Special Projects
Pressure Washing shop and building
Cleaning exterior windows

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body movements
Using hands to handle, control or feel
Climbing ladders, stairs and platforms
Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
