Requirements
  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent) plus approximately 5 years of experience in related field
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools and technology; work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria
  • Bachelor's degree is required with at least three years work experience in enterprise resourcing and management, financial system requirements and analysis, financial planning and reporting, auditing, and internal financial controls
  • Experience with the Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) is preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
  • Location: CONUS/OCONUS - Seattle, WA
  • All staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization by the US Government Security Office
Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains assigned enterprise architecture project and takes project from planning through final delivery
  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services
  • Defines project scope and objectives and develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to enterprise architecture team
  • Directs and participates in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development
  • Applies high-level business and technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at creative engineering solutions
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
  • Support the development of the Strategic Plan and Architecture Planning Guide, and EA Roadmap
  • Work with a variety of IT systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services on behalf of Enterprise Services
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas include skill sets in information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices in order to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support a myriad of standard services required across the Department
