  • Technical training or associate’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of SQL databases and how to query information
  • Familiarity with CNC programming and CAD software
  • Understanding of PLC logic systems and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience working with robots in a manufacturing setting
  • Exposure to MES or SCADA systems
  • Experience supporting automated equipment in a production environment
Responsibilities
  • Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining automated equipment, CNC machines, and PLC-controlled systems
  • Write and adjust CNC programs as needed to support production
  • Query and analyze data using SQL and other database tools
  • Support and maintain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software
  • Work with engineering and production teams to improve processes and equipment reliability
  • Read, interpret, and make minor edits to CAD files and schematics
  • Provide basic support for robotics and automation systems on the shop floor
  • Document work performed and update system records
