Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of professional sales experience in a corporate environment.
  • At least 2 years in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role with demonstrated team management experience.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities across multiple market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, networking events, and business presentations to promote products and services.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive consistent business growth.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for increased revenue and market expansion.
  • Develop strategic account plans for high-value clients to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business through exceptional service delivery.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with revenue and cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies and inventory management.
  • Promote organizational products and services through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities across all business segments.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase customer value and organizational profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Analyze emerging market opportunities and changing customer demands within the Indian market.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to enhance market presence and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and sales activities in the customer relationship management system.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and professional presentations.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Ensure sales documentation complies with company policies and organizational standards.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members by sharing market knowledge and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Participate in regular commercial and revenue meetings to align on organizational goals.
  • Foster teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement across departments.
