  • 1+ Years of full-time and/or internship experience in a Product Support Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Math, or related fields
  • Understanding of investment management workflows and operations
  • Multi-Asset class knowledge in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Structured Products, Derivatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
Responsibilities
  • Integrate knowledge of Financial Products and Enfusion Software to provide client-facing support
  • Learn Enfusion’s Middle and Back Office modules to support client queries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Determine criticality of client tickets and escalate when necessary
  • Proactively monitor client health and address issues
  • Assist clients in Trade Booking and decompose P&L calculations
  • Engage with clients on General Ledger Accounting Queries
  • Advise clients on best practices and work with internal teams
