Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. We are recruiting for the following position:

Apply to be a part of the medical team at the new Crisis Care Center in Lynnwood!

-Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, including coordinating schedules, approving time off, and other supervisory duties

-Coordinate client care with integrated clinical and medical teams

-Administer direct nursing care, including wound care, diabetes care and monitor changes in condition

-Complete comprehensive assessments and documentation

-Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control, medication management, regulatory practices and organizational policies

Staring Salary: $130,000 with final compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, on-call as needed

Salary - Salary Plan, 130,000.00 USD Annual
