Requirements
  • You’ve spent 3+ years at a top digital advertising agency since graduating college and have been promoted because of your stellar performance.
  • You have strong quantitative analytical skills and are comfortable working in data analytics platforms and data visualization software.

Responsibilities
  • Own and develop comprehensive paid search strategies for growing our client acquisition machine as we scale Atticus from Series B to owning the market; launch, monitor, and optimize new marketing campaigns on paid search channels.
  • Drive new channel expansion.
  • Drive data-driven innovation through constant performance measurement tests.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to tailor client product experience to the needs of our unique audience, including designing and building landing pages for our paid search audiences.
  • Partner with our content team to drive our paid search ad development process.
  • Leverage contractors or agencies as needed to augment our internal capabilities.
