Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on security and compliance, preferably in large public cloud service providers
  • Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices across various domains, including network security, application security, data protection, and data center security protocols
  • Experience with security risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response programs and processes
  • Experience with cloud technologies and cloud security frameworks
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects and programs from initiation to completion
  • Strong expertise in utilizing Jira, Excel and other data management tools to collect, aggregate and report on data/ build metrics for executive and team views
  • The agility to navigate and excel in a fast-evolving landscape, with the ability to adjust strategies in response to shifting priorities and demands
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey multi-faceted plans and technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Relevant Security related certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, GSEC
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
Responsibilities
  • Define and build comprehensive plans for security programs
  • Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of cross-functional security initiatives
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Provide detailed reports and status updates on security programs
  • Collaborate with other TPMs within the organization
  • Own the Security Service Catalog
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather program requirements
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among various teams
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to Security initiatives
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for program management
  • Facilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility to senior management
