  • Five+ years experience with brokerage risk management and quality control transaction file review
  • Manager and motivator, with proven ability to effectively manage a team
  • Must have one active real estate broker license in one of the following states - FL, GA, TN, TX, NC, SC, IN, MO, CO, AZ, NV, CA, OH, KY, AL
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to self-manage, take initiative, yet feel comfortable asking for direction
  • Professional demeanor, high level of attention to detail
  • Technologically savvy and quick learner
  • Full competence or experienced user of Electronic Forms Platforms (ZipForms, TransactionDesk) and Electronic Signature Software Platforms (Docusign, Hellosign)
  • Team builder and leader: Build for future growth by recruiting and developing highly qualified candidates for compliance and transaction review
  • Forward-looking, team player: Assists in developing and executing company strategy, including technology and strategic marketing activities. Shares management accountability for developing and implementing operational strategies and tactics
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the compliance team
  • Develop, refine and implement brokerage policies & procedures in collaboration with the Head of Brokerage and Head of Sales & Support
  • Collaborate with Brokers to keep real estate forms/document checklists up-to-date
  • Track compliance trends to create metrics on where improvements can be made
  • Collaborate with the Agents, Brokers and Transaction Coordinators to ensure compliance processes are implemented and
  • Ensure licensee, office and transaction records are in full compliance and audit-ready at all times
  • Escalate any compliance issues to Head of Brokerage
  • Provide superior customer support both internally and externally
  • Responsible for key results specific to team initiatives as assigned
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses for market expansion and redundancy as needed
