Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, a related field or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience
  • Strong attention to detail to track and support deployment operations, identify discrepancies, and closely monitor project status.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage long-term projects and daily requirements.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite Products
  • Must be able to pass federal background checks and receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge
  • Experience in operations at airports and in airside environments
  • Previous experience with field deployment of industrial robotics or engineering products.
  • Experience with Jira for project management.
  • Experienced with tools for data analytics - Python, R, SQL, Tableau.
Responsibilities
  • Support the deployment of AeroVect’s autonomous GSE at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, reporting directly to the Deployment Manager.
  • Support operations, engineering, production and development, including scheduling, auditing, ensuring airport access, vehicle availability, and safety driver involvement.
  • Monitor and conduct data analysis on key deployment metrics and drive operational improvements.
  • Develop dashboards, presentations, and reports to summarize and visualize deployment data and project progress.
