THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Workplace Operations team is growing with it. THE ROLE
As the Associate, Workplace Operations, you will support to:
- Maximize productivity and employee experience through our physical space
- Ensure our people have the right supplies and equipment to do their jobs
- Manage the flow of employees and guests
- Provide an exceptional workplace experience by supporting personal needs
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Associate, Workplace Operations has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Workplace Operations
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $20–$25 USD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
