- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes.
- Utilize SolidWorks for designing, testing, and validating manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies and manufacturing methods, with a focus on battery and fuel cell production.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all manufacturing activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address manufacturing issues and improve process reliability.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new manufacturing techniques.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components that meet quality and cost requirements.
- Experience with automated manufacturing processes and robotics.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
- Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with battery or fuel cell technologies is highly desirable.
