Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Process Server Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the support, performance, and software tools we have created for our network of process servers. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of our clients and exceeding their expectations for service delivery. This position must be located in the Seattle, WA area and be available to come in to the ABC Legal Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our process server network, ensuring that all service requests are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our process server operations.
• Work closely with our software development team to enhance our software tools and improve the user experience for our process servers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with our client services team to address any issues or concerns raised by our clients regarding service delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to our team of process server support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create onboarding and continuing education materials for process servers, covering topics such as legal requirements, best practices, and the use of our software tools.
• Work with AI solutions to enhance process server support capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the legal services industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results

Starting pay: $100,000 per year plus bonus
