- Place out-of-specification product on quality hold when necessary.
- Stop the production line and/or place product on quality hold when there is a food safety concern.
- Complete training and comply with required food safety programs, standard operating procedures, and good manufacturing practices for the department.
- Food safety and/or quality assurance experience.
- Bilingual Spanish skills.
