  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  • 10+ years of service management and/or IT experience
  • SaaS based selling
  • Sales and Client Delivery experience (Preferred)
  • Advisory and Solution Design
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Partner with ServiceNow and our clients to understand business challenges and needs, and involve relevant internal stakeholders to identify and provide winning solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, demonstrating product knowledge of how ServiceNow can deliver outcomes aligned to their strategy
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security
  • Identify new business prospects through individual efforts, leveraging digital campaigns and our marketing efforts
  • Create meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients, elevating our position and thinking with the C-suite
  • Build and maintain relationships with ServiceNow Representatives, leaders, Solution Engineers and other key Individuals within the ServiceNow ecosystem to position NewRocket as the preferred partner
  • Create strategies per opportunity, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow and the NewRocket delivery team
  • Ensure accurate reporting through timely updates within our CRM, building a predictable business and pipeline of growth
  • Stay up to date on all things ServiceNow through attending conferences, meetups and industry related events, including competitor analysis and differentiators between the company and competitors
  • Stay current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV
  • Promote and exhibit NR's core cultural values of Excellence, Creativity, Integrity, Teamwork and Empathy every day with our clients, vendors, community and fellow crew members
