Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or customer success

Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture strategic relationships with PMCs
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional features and services to existing PMC partners
  • Drive partner satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new property management partners
  • Work closely with the CRO to align the partner success strategy with broader company revenue objectives
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that feedback from PMC partners is incorporated into the product roadmap, marketing strategies, and sales tactics
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing Partner Success team
  • Stay informed on industry trends, challenges, and best practices related to property management, rent payment solutions, and real estate technology
