Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing enterprise customer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the assigned accounts and ensuring retention and exceptional client experience. This role is also responsible for managing implementation projects for all Nextech products. Management includes planning & coordinating product implementations in accordance with best practice methodology, within the mutually defined timelines and within the project budget. This will include maintaining issue lists and managing to resolution implementation issues. There is a high degree of collaboration and negotiation required among internal departments to achieve a successful live for productive use of the software.

Essential Functions
- Serve as primary contact for assigned clients on any/all matters relating to customer satisfaction and/or problem resolution, as well as project management for initial implementations of affiliate accounts
- Maintain active account plan including managing targeted profitability and preparing regular forecast reviews
- Lead customer retention & growth strategy development including annual, quarterly, and monthly business review and planning sessions.
- Provide voice of market and customer to Sales, Marketing, Product & CX leadership, and SMT
- Present and demonstrate any aspect of products currently licensed to the customer in order to refamiliarize, orient, or provide value to the user/customer to maximize customer experience
- Proactively collaborate internally and cross-departmentally to keep all accounts apprised of any potential issues to their software performance timely
- Build and maintain annual territory plan
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of large account management (as measured by being top 10% of customer base size)
- 5+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience
- Experience working with business stakeholders in related industries, including executive level C-suite
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills from prior work situations
- Assertive with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships & influence behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to travel throughout the week and potentially on weekends
- Experience providing input on and/or building processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Ophthalmology
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment yet also comfortable with working in an autonomous environment
- Natural curiosity to figure out solutions
- Project management and/or consulting experience in software business
- Healthcare technology experience
- Microsoft office proficient
- Salesforce.com proficient
