PT Assistant II

Pay Range:

$25.53 - $38.29Treats all assigned patients and executes on treatment plan as outlined by plan of care. Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers and self-professional advancement. Performs other professional duties associated with the care of patient, development of therapy program services, and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams.

Position Specifics:

• Department: HSHS Home Care
• Core Function:Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (position includes on-call rotation) On Call Rotation with other manager 1 week at a time, typically every 6th week
• Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital
• Location: Greenville, IL Service Area
• Sign On Bonus: None

Education Qualifications

• Graduate (e.g., Associate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required).

Experience Qualifications

• Years of Experience (2+)

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
• Board Certification which meets rigorous standards of maintenance or certification (Preferred).
