  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Interest in both macro and micro/front end fixed income markets
Responsibilities
  • Partners with global sales teams to help the bank's clients execute trading activities, while sharing knowledge of the current market environment
  • Performs trading activities in compliance with federal regulations, industry standards, and other requirements
  • Assigns accounts to pre-defined trading models and administers trades based on product guidelines
  • Operates as a market maker, buying and selling financial instruments in accordance with established trading strategies and risk parameters
  • Short Term Fixed Income Market Specialist
  • Candidate will need to be well versed in all Short End trading instruments as these are tools used to enhance the revenue of the traditional trading books.
  • In addition to primary market making in credit products, candidate will provide support to the overall SET trading business.
  • Candidate will engage frequently with our most strategic clients to discuss markets and strengthen relationships.
  • Candidate will be actively engaged in Short End Trading technology developments.
