Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Fleet Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of courtesy vehicles.
  • Fleet Management: Schedule regular maintenance and inspections for all courtesy vehicles.
  • Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
  • Fleet Management: Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by efficiently assigning courtesy vehicles to customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding courtesy vehicle usage.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customers understand the terms and conditions of courtesy vehicle usage.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of courtesy vehicle usage, including customer information and vehicle condition.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports on courtesy vehicle utilization and performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle insurance claims and paperwork related to courtesy vehicle accidents.
