Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, with prior experience in the non-profit or public sector preferred.
  • Understanding of non-profit financial management, including grant accounting, restricted and unrestricted funding, and fund accounting.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Track and ensure compliance with grant budgets.
  • Review budget vs. actuals and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support accurate allocation of costs across programs.
  • Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
