Requirements
  • A degree in logistics or a related field.
  • Experience in supervision and leadership within a supply chain environment.
  • Experience in an industry with high-quality requirements.

  • Good knowledge of SAP and its modules (Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management).
Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize the entire supply chain function (planning, procurement, customer service, logistics).
  • Define and drive monthly sales forecasts and operational action plans.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient organization and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.
  • Implement procurement and inventory strategies aligned with cost and stock optimization targets.
  • Design and manage warehouse and logistics flows to support production continuity.
  • Build and manage budgets (Human Resources, purchasing, operations) while monitoring performance and savings.
  • Lead, develop and coach cross-functional teams, fostering engagement and performance.
  • Analyze inventory and continuously improve stock policies and coverage.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and Lean indicators to drive operational excellence.
  • Act as a key interface between departments (purchasing, quality, production, customer service) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, customers).
