At Ninetailed by Contentful, you will revolutionize personalization & experimentation for leading businesses worldwide. As a Senior ML Engineer (f/m/d), you will bring a fleet of models to production and operate them at scale. Your work will enable our customers to deliver the right content to the right people in a data-driven way.

What to expect? 

• Bring models from idea to production with a focus on models for predictive analytics
• Optimize ML models for accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Integrate Cloud based ML solutions that can handle large scale use cases
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing models through benchmarking
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to drive the technical roadmap for upcoming ML solutions
• Drive the ML education in the team and establish a high standard of quality & ownership
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and constantly evaluate their potential
• Guarantee correctness and maintainable code through automated testing

What you need to be successful

• Proven track record in model development of a wide range of ML models
• Several years of experience writing production-ready code in Python
• Hands-on experience with running production ML workloads at scale
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with container frameworks such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Industry experience in A/B testing, attribution modeling and predictive analytics is beneficial
• Great communication skills in English, especially when explaining complex technical concepts
