  • 10+ years in Marketing environment, familiar with pharma content strategy and partners ecosystem (external agencies, hub)

Responsibilities
  • Participation in daily stand-up meetings
  • Facilitation of key working sessions (eg to develop and articulate a clear vision for the brand's GenAI-enhanced commercial strategy, integrating customer insights and experts’ perspective on market trends and technological opportunities)
  • Day-to-day coaching of team members
  • Co-production of team deliverables
  • Preparation of sprint reviews / retrospectives
  • Set the ambition for the different sprints
  • Emulate cross-functional collaboration, challenge the local & global teams to set the right level of ambition / quality of execution
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of GenAI experiments launched, leveraging insights to adjust strategies promptly and effectively
  • Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of some innovative marketing and engagement experiments, ensuring they align with the brand’s priorities to deliver the highest value
  • Identify risks / impediments and support the team in solving them in time
  • Make sure key successes, learnings and good practices are shared & celebrated within country teams, franchise team and beyond.
