Requirements
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience managing equipment.
  • You have project management and relationship management skills.
  • You have the ability to work autonomy and direct/coach both indirect/direct reports.
  • You have experience working in multi levels within an organization to achieve results.
Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing the NA equipment engineering design and installation teams.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of personal and team safety, both at the customer location and Solenis owned or leased facilities, operating in compliance with all Solenis policies regarding environmental, health and safety.
  • You will be responsible for managing all equipment related processes, delivery metrics, asset tracking and new equipment development, including managing the customer equipment capex budget working closely with the RVPs and Finance.
