  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's/Masters/MBA/PhD program at an accredited US based university or college
  • Ability to identify issues and seek solutions

  • Ability to complete 10-12 consecutive weeks between May and September
Responsibilities
  • Optimize utilization of information resources by leveraging internal analytics to ensure return on investment (ROI) of licensed content and transform data into actionable insights
  • Interview users to build training profiles & preferences and align resource training matrix to role competencies
  • Develop a training and communication plan for library outreach by mapping usage trends from licensed databases to targeted departments. The final deliverable would be a plan for L&IS to use for the next 12 months
  • Develop PowerPoint slides for training and communication plan defining targeted audiences/departments, key messages, vendor engagements, and visualizations
  • Showcase your work with a final poster board presentation near the conclusion of your internship
