Responsibilities
  • Supports Fleet sales growth through the ownership of a positive Fleet customer experience from the POS on site through to payment settlement.
  • Responsible for strategy, roadmap, and implementation planning of relevant POS hardware and software projects, fuel equipment, and payment processing solutions.
  • Execute POS and fleet payment strategies across a portfolio of business that streamlines workflows and supports commercial payment innovation with RIS & DEX developments or integrations.
  • Leverages industry intelligence to propose opportunities to management to improve the Commercial Fleet business and competitive position via cost savings, improved customer experience and loyalty, more competitive offerings, etc;
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to represent Fleet on complicated projects that deliver results.
  • Own the role of SME and liaison for the Commercial Fleet department across multiple internal and external partners including IT, Digital, Treasury, Accounting, various fleet payment providers and POS vendors.
