Job Summary
Senior Benefit Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Claims Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, hard-working team. This full-time, entry-level position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our agents and clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment while providing unparalleled customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing administrative duties. Proficiency in English and conversational Spanish is essential for success in this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Answer incoming calls from clients and routing messages to the appropriate department or agent promptly and efficiently.
Client Support: Assist clients with any issues they encounter regarding their current coverage, providing solutions, and facilitating communication with the carriers and appropriate parties.
Prescription Support: Assist clients with prescription issues by coordinating calls with pharmacies and/or carriers to complete requests.
Policy Material Assistance: Order ID cards for clients as needed, request additional copies of clients’ policies, and ensuring accurate notation in our systems for tracking purposes.
CRM Updates: Maintain and update client addresses and demographic information in our CRM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with carrier requirements.
Voicemail Management: Return voicemail calls in a timely manner and addressing client requests or routing messages to the appropriate department or agent.
Documentation Filing: File carrier letters or notices in the CRM and inform the respective agent of any important communications received.
Reporting Assistance: Contribute to the completion of weekly reports and providing necessary data and insights as required.
Policy Transition Management: Confirm new applications are issued and send cancellation letters to client’s previous carrier when necessary. Must ensure that all actions are properly documented.
Bilingual: Spanish fluency required. Must have the ability to complete all tasks listed above in the Spanish language.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and some written).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to navigate CRM systems.
