Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and some written).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to navigate CRM systems.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from clients and routing messages to the appropriate department or agent promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with any issues they encounter regarding their current coverage, providing solutions, and facilitating communication with the carriers and appropriate parties.
  • Assist clients with prescription issues by coordinating calls with pharmacies and/or carriers to complete requests.
  • Order ID cards for clients as needed, request additional copies of clients’ policies, and ensuring accurate notation in our systems for tracking purposes.
  • Maintain and update client addresses and demographic information in our CRM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with carrier requirements.
  • Return voicemail calls in a timely manner and addressing client requests or routing messages to the appropriate department or agent.
  • File carrier letters or notices in the CRM and inform the respective agent of any important communications received.
  • Contribute to the completion of weekly reports and providing necessary data and insights as required.
  • Confirm new applications are issued and send cancellation letters to client’s previous carrier when necessary. Must ensure that all actions are properly documented.
