Requirements
  • Proven experience in a data analytics function working with large amounts of data and/or big data.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills required.
  • Experience with Data visualisation tools (preferably Tableau) and a history of developing interactive and engaging dashboards.
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Python or R.
  • Understanding of data science concepts, techniques, and methods, modelling, time series analysis, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, e.g. Athena & S3.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and productionise ad-hoc reports using applicable analytics tools.
  • Analyse the root cause of income gaps and payment anomalies, and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Support audits by investigating complex audit queries and delivering actionable recommendations and accurate commentary with supporting analysis.
  • Design & build company KPIs and surface them in interactive dashboards.
  • Leverage 3rd party data to augment business intelligence and operational efficiency.
  • Extract and explore data confidently using Python or R (e.g. forecasting).
  • Communicate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and understand business challenges or client specific issues.
