Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, memorable, and differentiated product messaging for Maven’s Maternity product that resonates with target audiences, including employers and health plans.
  • Create original storytelling that builds urgency in the maternal healthcare category, shows the depth of the Maven product, and connects buyers to the vulnerable and joyful life stages that Maven supports.
  • Define market segments and personas, develop value propositions that resonate with these audiences
  • Create sales materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs) to enable the Sales to effectively communicate product value.
  • Train Sales and Customer Success teams on product positioning, messaging, and updates.
  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns.
  • Partner with Maven’s Clinical & Research teams to demonstrate how Maven’s clinical programming leads to healthier outcomes and cost savings.
  • Partner with Sales to gather feedback on positioning and refine strategies based on market response.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Partner with Maven Product Marketing Research & Intelligence to regularly analyze and report on market trends and competitive movements.
