Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The intern will support the recruitment process by assisting in various activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Participate in crafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity. And ensure accuracy and confidentiality of candidate records and data.
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team.
- Assist in developing candidate engagement strategies to improve the overall recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
