Requirements
  • 6+ years of Partner Management experience, with a focus on Retail/CPG
  • Previous client-facing experience with enterprise/mid-market accounts.
  • Previous experience with managing complex data set and tracking/hitting multiple OKRs.
  • Consistent track record of successfully handling complex partnerships.
Responsibilities
  • Be the merchants’ go-to person and navigate internal processes to provide the best outcome for the client and our market
  • Building business models, performing analysis with local/central operations teams to understand trends, provide actionable insights, and track productivity and success of initiatives
  • Organized and always on top of deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed while also having an eye to the big picture
  • Drive and support key initiatives across business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with various partners
  • Work with stakeholders from various teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Drive day-to-day interactions with top tier partners
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships.
