Responsibilities
  • Run the full Scribe customer lifecycle from end to end for free users
  • Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional experience for every customer
  • Demo Free version of product to customers
  • Breakdown challenging business problems
  • Drive operational metrics and understand the business in-and-out
  • Run Cold outreach with customers via phone/demo call
  • Determine territories with large private practices as a customer base
  • Visit customers in the field to activate Scribe in person
  • Conduct business reviews/check-ins to monitor usage metrics
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address clients' needs
