Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least two years of administrative office experience are required.
  • Demonstrated computer skills are required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and language skills is required.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative without direct supervision, set priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and reception area.
  • Greet colleagues and guests as they enter the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain inventory and order personal protective equipment, general office supplies, and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Clean and maintain common spaces.
  • Offer technical support to field staff.
  • Assist with field staff hiring and orientations.
  • Assist the Scheduling team with field staff call volume and communicate non-urgent schedule changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Remain in a stationary position for long periods at a desk or computer and occasionally stand, sit, walk, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, hear, and talk.
  • Travel occasionally for recruitment purposes.

  • Bilingual ability is preferred.

Associated Home Care is a provider of nonmedical and supportive home-care services. It helps older adults and other clients remain at home through personal care, homemaking, companionship, transportation, and related assistance. Families, caregivers, referral partners, and community programs use its local care teams for scheduled and ongoing support.
