ProSidian Seeks a Senior-2 Engineer/Analyst/Consult | Utilities Privatization Program Management and Support Services [DLA0012011] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the Alaska Across The North America Region supporting the Government’s oversight and administration of long-term privatized utility service contracts with Doyon Utilities, LLC (DU). ProSidian provides the technical, financial, and regulatory expertise needed to help DLA Energy and installation officials ensure that DU’s performance, pricing, and operations remain efficient, reliable, cost-effective, and compliant with all contractual and regulatory requirements

We seek Senior-2 Engineer/Analyst/Consult | Utilities Privatization Program Management and Support Services [DLA0012011] candidates with relevant Utilities Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Utilities Sector Clients such as DLA. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Utilities Privatization Program Management and Support Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Technical, Price, and Regulatory Support for Utilities Privatization Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Senior-2 Engineer/Analyst/Consult [Technical, Price, and Regulatory Support for Utilities Privatization] in the Utilities Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Defense Logistics Agency (DLA ) | Defense Logistics Agency Energy Generally Located In Alaska and across the North America Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior-2 Engineer/Analyst/Consult | Utilities Privatization Program Management and Support Services [DLA0012011]

• Support data validation, SCADA, and GIS analysis; assist in invoice review and rate analysis; maintain R&R tracking; support CPIR and asset verification; prepare technical documentation; ensure data quality and version control.
• The role(s) are located in the North America Region is at or near Alaska.  Initially identified Work Site Address (Subject to Change or Working Remotely):  Bldg. 571 Fort Greely 99734

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Senior-2 Engineer/Analyst/Consult | Utilities Privatization Program Management and Support Services [DLA0012011] (DLA0012011) Candidates:

• Mid-level engineer or analyst experienced in utilities, GIS, or energy systems management.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or Environmental Science; 5–8 years experience; NARUC USOA familiarity preferred.
• Mid-level engineer or analyst experienced in utilities, GIS, or energy systems management.
• This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Utilities Sector and Senior-2 Engineer/Analyst/Consult Candidates principally support Utilities Privatization Program Management and Support Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.

Skills Required

• Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Utilities Privatization Program Management and Support Services Functional Area Activities. 
• Data analysis, GIS, metering systems, technical writing, quantitative reasoning.

Competencies Required

• Reliability, adaptability, attention to detail, collaboration.

• Coordinates GIS and asset tracking submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Provides daily technical and documentation support across installations.
