Requirements
- At least 3 years of Oracle database development experience.
- Experience with data modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL*Loader.
- Experience writing ad hoc scripts and stored procedures.
- Experience with Oracle 10g and 11g, with an understanding of Oracle 12c.
- Experience working within an Agile environment using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective, maintainable code in a timely manner.
- Follow established coding standards and techniques and assist with establishing standards.
- Model databases and develop PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, triggers, and other database objects.
- Develop automated unit test cases to validate defect-free code.
- Conduct code reviews with peers and management.
- Work with business analysts and the integration testing team to ensure quality code meets functional requirements.
- Work with offshore development teams and act as a technical resource for junior team members.
- Integrate onshore and offshore code.
