THE ROLE
As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for a smart and ambitious Product Marketing Leader to help build out the overall Product Marketing Strategy + Execution. As the Product Marketing Leader, your primary focus will be defining messaging, positioning, content assets, and sales enablement while working closely with our founding team and reporting to the CEO.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build go-to-market materials for product launches (i.e. blog posts, customer presentations, website updates, case studies) that clearly articulate the what, why, and how to relevant personas
- Build and execute marketing plans to generate awareness, interests, and adoption from existing customers, prospects, and open-source software (OSS) community for new products
- Train go-to-market teams on Acryl Data products in collaboration with the product team
- Create marketing collateral to support sales process
- Use metrics and analysis to build and execute go-to-market strategy to convert OSS users to SaaS customers, in collaboration with the demand generation team
- Lead cross functional efforts in organizing Acryl Data customer webinars and presenting Acryl Data at conferences (i.e. crafting the stories, reviewing presentation decks, etc)
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market perceptions for Acryl Data
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a Product Marketing leader at a B2B SaaS company with an Enterprise emphasis
- Deep knowledge of data and/or developer tools (open source experience is a huge bonus)
- Proof of success building product marketing function from scratch at a hyper-growth startup
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear plans and translate technical concepts into clear business benefits
- Strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Data-driven decision-making
- Ability to influence people and lead cross functional teams
