  • Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Supervision, Coaching/Training, Production Plan Execution
  • Experience in chemical industry or battery industry is highly desirable
  • Technical aptitude to understand product, material, and process characteristics
  • Knowledge of 5S, SPC, SOP, & Work Instruction creation

  • Support new product/equipment introduction activities
  • Coordinate tasks for multiple supervisors across shifts
  • Analyze production results and address issues
  • Support recruiting, training, coaching, counseling
  • Maintain a safe & clean work environment
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
  • Determine root causes of product defects and downtime
  • Solicit production feedback on products and process changes
