Responsibilities
  • Train and support clients on software use during onsite and remote deployments.
  • Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Follow implementation methodology, complete internal certification for required training classes, and maintain product knowledge as new enhancements are released.
  • Assist internal teams with client project preparations, including content customization and training database setup.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to improve team performance and achieve department and company goals.
  • Uphold CARES core values and foster a positive workplace culture.
