Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in enablement
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to create enablement content and assets we can reuse in the field
  • Desire to partner and collaborate with cross functional teams in order to define and build out the best enablement program
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Ability to travel as required to support sales & marketing activities
Responsibilities
  • Work with leadership to develop, execute and optimize enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with cross functional stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPI's to stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with sales and key stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, partners, marketing and products
  • Manage and facilitate effective onboarding for people new to the sales organization as well as new partners
  • Coordinate content and resources for ongoing training
  • Facilitate and create content the teams can use
  • Gather and communicate feedback in order to constantly improve on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge and/ or skills gaps across the teams
  • Maintain enablement content and software to ensure it is accessible and providing the capabilities needed
