  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (during seasonal testing events)

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred. Significant experience and proven ability in a related position or industry will substitute for a four-year degree.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate test registration, prepare testing materials, assign students to test locations, supervise test sites, and implement test security measures
  • Facilitate accommodations for students with disabilities or special needs, review requests, arrange appropriate testing arrangements, and ensure compliance
  • Manage logistics, and coordinate test site personnel, equipment needs, and test supplies
  • Serve as a main point of contact for testing-related inquiries and support, providing information and guidance to students, faculty, and staff
  • Ensure adherence to test security protocols and compliance with testing regulations, training, and supervising personnel
  • Manage accurate and timely reporting of test scores, updating records, and assisting with interpretation
  • Assist students in accessing test preparation resources/services
  • Participate in professional development activities, and collaborate in after-action reviews to enhance testing processes and strategies
  • Work cross-functionally to engage students and families to get students to testing sites
  • Proctor in-person, on-site, and virtual assessments within the assigned testing region or area of responsibility as determined by the department manager
  • Produce 'Subject Matter Expert' documentation and training on specific state or national tests
  • Other duties as assigned.
