Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in web development and content management, with at least 3 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proven experience in leading AEM projects and teams.
  • Strong background in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in AEM, including templates, components, workflows, and DAM.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker)

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of AEM-based web content management solutions.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Develop and enforce AEM best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AEM solutions, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and extend AEM functionalities to integrate with other systems and technologies.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AEM solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the digital experience and optimize web content management processes.
  • Oversee and manage AEM projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with various teams in an onsite-offshore manner and stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.
