Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for effectively manufacturing and distributing goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • An Associate's Degree or other 2-year degree is required.
  • Two years of relevant experience with logistics or supply chain is required.
  • Experience with systems or database management is required; internship experience is acceptable.
  • General typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience using VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations is required.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
  • Collect data, validate packaging, and populate the Manufacturing Enterprise Packaging System.
  • Efficiently interpret and enter large amounts of data into the Manufacturing Enterprise Packaging System.
  • Physically collect part data, including measuring parts, which may require extended periods working on foot in a warehouse.
  • Work a standard first-shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Collect part data when necessary and work with the Packaging Engineer to determine appropriate packaging.

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

TSR, Inc. will be acquired by Vienna Parent, formed by BCforward founder Justin Christian. Vienna Sub will purchase all outstanding TSR shares for $13.40 per share, valuing the transaction at approximately $29 million.
