Requirements
  • Bachelors/ and or Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, Data Science
  • 3-5 years experience in experience in a fast-paced finance analytics focused role with experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments, global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, and currency and commodity hedging
  • Experience in supporting working capital management initiatives (e.g., decreasing DSO, optimizing DPO, optimizing inventory) and related financial solutions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of technologies that support collaboration, automation and data-driven story-telling including: Microsoft Products (Teams, PowerBI, MS Office), and business intelligence tools
  • Proficiency in analytical tools. E.g. PowerBi, Tableau, RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, PowerAutomate, etc), and machine learning/Artificial Intelligence
  • Advanced analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to handle large data sets
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate budgeting/forecasting and consolidation processes, including long range planning and target setting
  • Managing cash and liquidity through balance sheet and cash flow planning and forecasting; risk/investment modeling, capital structure optimization, long-term liquidity planning and analysis
  • Develop key performance indicators, analytical tools, dashboards and models to help track, assess and prioritize performance
  • Support the production of monthly and quarterly key deliverables, including recurring management reporting, quarterly earnings, BOD materials, etc
  • Research and prepare economic reports on subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements
  • Working with legal and operational teams on annual insurance renewals and declarations
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
