- Assist bank employees with making tickets, account maintenance, codes, and ensuring data integrity throughout the life of the loan
- Perform maintenance on loan accounts, codes and ensuring date integrity throughout the life of the loan
- Process payoff requests; both internal and external
- Accurately book all loan types
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Balancing of internal accounts
- Assist with audit or reviews of loan files and servicing needs
- Process and assist with all UCC tasks including but not limited to continuations, amendments, and terminations
- Research and review non-post loan payments
- Process and mail notice and statements, maintaining tracking if necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

Vitz has been part of the First Farmers team as Assistant Branch Manager, where she has built strong relationships with customers and served as a trusted resource within the Clay City community. With more than 15 years of banking experience, she brings a deep commitment to providing personal, attentive service and supporting the financial goals of local residents and businesses.
