  • Ability to follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and work well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of project management concepts, including scheduling and budgeting, is helpful but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tasks across active construction projects.
  • Help develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Work with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
  • Assist in monitoring project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Help identify and track project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams and crew members to keep tasks moving effectively and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to help maintain a safe work environment.
  • Participate in mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities to build project management knowledge and skills.
