  • Support self-help skills by assisting with toileting, feeding, and hygiene to promote student independence.
  • Use de-escalation techniques and calming strategies to maintain a supportive, structured environment.
  • Partner with teachers, therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and parents to provide consistent, individualized support.
