Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or similar executive role, in the tech industry - a must.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate company goals into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Deep understanding of employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development.
  • A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to frontline employees.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and relevant HR software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment in the US, from developing sourcing strategies to onboarding new hires and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, professional development, and a positive work environment.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs to ensure continuous learning and development for employees.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
