Requirements
  • 5+ years of digital campaign management/digital ad operations
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising technology (RTB, ad networks, digital media, digital ad serving), familiarity with OTT advertising a plus
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising campaign management, including strategies, tactics, execution (ad serving and pixels), and reporting
  • A process-driven individual with proven experience adhering to processes and standards
  • Ability to analyze, review results, and propose strategies
  • Experience managing people and mentoring/training
  • Ability to work effectively in an emerging technology company
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and client-facing audiences
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for success of programmatic campaigns managed by direct reports
  • Manage a team of Associates/Sr. Associates, which includes holding weekly 1x1s, providing guidance/support for career development and/or campaign management issues
  • Provide ongoing feedback and mentorship to direct reports and Associates within the team
  • Track on new campaign requests and ensure process adherence and quality standards are upheld
  • Partner with Client Services management to ensure handoffs to Ad Ops are smooth and errors are mitigated
  • Implement and enforce processes that enable the team to scale and work efficiently
  • Guide campaign optimization techniques to improve performance
  • Identify issues that prevent campaigns from hitting KPI's and performance benchmarks, and propose solutions
  • Escalate and help resolve any campaign or DSP related issues cross-functionally as required
  • Ensure direct reports are actively participating in the Customer Support queue, fielding requests from Self-Serve customers
  • Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects that will help drive revenue growth for Roku
  • Assist with client support escalations as needed
