Summary: As an Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow IT Service Management and Servicenow Tools Administration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement ServiceNow IT Service Management solutions that meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management workflows, forms, and reports. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow IT Service Management best practices and tools administration. - Assist in the development and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management policies, procedures, and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management workflows, forms, and reports. - Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management policies, procedures, and standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or related field
